The Westin Panama

The quality of the staff in all venues is outstandig, highy professional and Panamenian cordial at the same time, they go out of their way to please you. One night we called the front desk because there was a party at the Hotel and you could hear the music, the volume was immediately lowered and the following day, the manager Ms. Carol Wong called to apologize and later sent some fruits. The buffet is one of the best you will find anywhere, both in variety and quality, it's amazing. The room very comfortable and sqeaky clean. The location in Costa del Este unbeatable

We liked that the room was comfortable, and we had a nice stay. The breakfast had a nice selection of cold, warm, and hot dishes. The pool area is very nice, and it was lovely to be in an outdoor space that felt relaxing. The Westin is a great location in Costa del Este. We would recommend this hotel to others and we would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Front desk staff was excellent especially Elizabeth who is a very special lady who solves every problem quickly and with a smile. She brightened every morning with a brief chat and query on how we were doing.
